Christina has been in the beauty industry for over 16 years. She has worked in all kinds of salon settings, but over the years each seemed to lack a certain aspect. AS ONE salon is her mission to build a salon environment that supports the diversity that comes with the hair and beauty industry, while finding a balance that also promotes unity within the community and sustainability.

Christina is a well rounded stylist who also specializes in extensions and special event hair design. She lives by the idea that "Your hair is the one accessory you can never take off {unless its a wig} so you need to be in love with it!"

ZOIE SAYS;
Hey guys! I’m Zoie Rose, self proclaimed hair nerd in San Diego. I’ve been involved in the beauty industry as long as I can remember. In 2011 I decided to make it official and I never looked back. With years behind the chair, I’ve been fortunate enough to have been the creative director of a salon, had involvement in conceptualizing and directing photo shoots and video work, to have participated in competitions and traveled all over in the process. I currently run my own one-person studio in Carlsbad, iron&rose studio. My passion for hair extends to educating beauty professionals. When I’m not behind the chair, I teach independently in salons, as well as doing one-on-ones with stylists. Mentorship is one of my passions, and helping be guiding hand for beauty pros is one of my favorite projects. Being an ambassador for Beauty Changes Lives and a contributor for The Hair Nerds, I can safely say that
I seriously eat, sleep and breath hair.
Any place you look, if I’m not teaching or the studio, I’m either taking classes or weaseling my way into events.

BRIDGET SAYS:
My passion for hair and make up started young. I used to sneak into my mothers vanity when I was young and play with her make up and hair products to play on my own. Never mind I was 3 shades too dark on the foundation lol. Color matching was to be learned later.
I graduated from Oceanside College of beauty in early 2008 and was immersed in the world of beauty.
I worked for 10 years in the Salon at Ulta. I was given so much education working there it was amazing. Also, the opportunity to work with so many top hair care and makeup lines. Redken, Matrix, Kendra, Davines and Eufora just to name a few. The makeup! I miss the plethora of makeup there! Mac, Estee Lauder, Urban Decay and Smashbox... man the list goes on! I started free lancing weddings, proms and on set for photo shoots on the side. I’ve always felt so blessed to be able to achieve the look a guests wants for their special day.
After growing and learning for 10 years there I decided to spread my wings. I opened up my own Sola Salon for a bit which grew even more. I have had my own business for 3 years now in a gorgeous salon in Carlsbad, CA! I am so blessed to be my own boss with other talented boss babes in this special place.
I am very personable and easy to connect with. It is an asset that has helped me build clientele and preform my job well. I am known for my blonding and coloring techniques, extensions, and makeup. Also, bangs! I feel like I’ve given so many people bangs or fringe around the face that they didn’t even know they could pull off! Bringing your beauty from the inside out is such a rewarding career. I hope to continue using my skills making people feel the best about themselves for several years!

Sarah Rubiso, owner of Dark Luxx lash studio, has been in the lash industry since 2016 after she received her first set of lashes and it changed her life forever.
